Moth Magic Print Workshop at Grassington Festival

Come on a late night adventure to meet some of our beautiful hidden creatures.

Please dress appropriately for the Dales weather.

The moths will be released after trapping, this session will be fun and educational and no moths will be hurt during the evenings activities.

Work with artist Helen Peyton to explore the hidden beauty of the moth and invertebrate world.

You will complete the workshop with the confidence to design your image and transfer it to a variety of printmaking techniques including monoprint, safeprint and linocut.

Learn how to cut the design. Ink up and print using hand burnishing so you can print at home.

This course is suitable for beginners or those with printmaking experience.

You will be led through all the stages, from the planning, carving and printing.

Please bring a packed lunch.
