Payments – Payments for artwork on this site can be made via Paypal or direct bank transfer.
Delivery – All artwork orders over £10 qualify for free delivery. Cards and lower cost artwork will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Orders of a higher value will be sent Royal Mail tracked delivery.
Returns – If you wish to return artwork, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. You will need to state your order number, name and address and the reason why you wish to return the artwork. High value artwork should be returned by tracked delivery. I am not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach me.
Cancel my order – If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me to notify me that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed/posted, you will have to follow the standard return process described above
Damaged Artwork – Please contact me as soon as possible if artwork is delivered damaged
